  *For maximum safety and efficiency, the vendor's cords should not be less than 12 gauge wire size. All vendors must supply their own cords for hook up to our 110 volt outlet. The vendor is responsible for assuring all electrical appliances have grounding prongs. HIAPBA is not responsible for grounding equipment that does not comply with the manufacturers recommendations. HIAPBA is not responsible for the operation of any equipment including electronic equipment under supplied power. (ie: Laptops;/PC's )

Terms:
All display booths are to be used only on the day of the event and for no other purpose. They are rented on a first come / first serve basis. Booths are to be setup between the hours of 1:00 and 3:30 p.m. on the day of the event. No vehicles will be allowed in the exhibitor area after 3:30 pm.
No refunds due to inclement weather.

Rules & Regulations:
1. Vehicle parking is not permitted in or around exhibit tent except for loading/unloading.
2. Cut off date for leasing booth is 5:00pm Sept. XX, 20xx
3. An ABC license has been obtained for "beer and wine only" No other alcoholic beverages are allowed.
